SUGGESTED USE

Recommended dose 25 g (approx. 1 heaped tablespoon or scoop). Mix 1 serving with 200-250 ml (1 glass) of water and consume 30-40 minutes before a sporting event.
Use a shaker for easier mixing!

STORAGE

Store away from small children in a dry, cool place up to 25°C. The sachet should be carefully resealed after use.

WARNING

The product is not recommended for use by women under 12 years of age and pregnant women. One serving (25 g) contains 38 mg of caffeine, which is about the amount found in half an espresso coffee. The product contains no phenylalanine, lactose, milk protein, soy or gluten.
